Service
Self Assessment & Personal Tax
A tax return is not just a form — it is the one document HMRC uses to decide what you owe. We prepare yours from your records, claim every allowance you are entitled to, show you the figure before anything is submitted, and file it well ahead of the deadline.
Filed correctly. Filed early. Never a January panic.
Fixed fee
from £180 per return
What's included
Everything in the fixed fee.
No hourly clock and no invoice at the end of a phone call. This is what you get for the price we agree.
Full return preparation
We collect your income, expenses, dividends, property and pension figures and build the return from source documents rather than estimates.
Allowance and relief review
Marriage allowance, pension relief, work-from-home, mileage, professional subscriptions, gift aid — checked line by line rather than assumed.
Figures approved before filing
You see the calculation and the tax due in plain English, and nothing is submitted to HMRC until you have signed it off.
Payments on account explained
We tell you what is due in January and July, and why, so the second payment never arrives as a surprise.
HMRC correspondence handled
As your agent we deal with the letters, the phone queues and the enquiries on your behalf.
A written record you can keep
A tidy copy of the return, the computation and the supporting schedules, filed for you for six years.

How it works
Four steps, and you know where you are at each one.
Send us your records
Upload or drop off receipts, statements and any HMRC letters. We'll tell you exactly what is missing.
We prepare and check
Your return is drafted by an accountant and reviewed by a second pair of eyes before it goes anywhere.
You approve the figure
We walk you through the numbers and the tax due. Nothing is filed without your sign-off.
We file and diarise
Submitted to HMRC, receipt confirmed, and your payment dates put in the calendar.

Still not sure whether this is what you need? Tell us the situation and we will say so honestly — including if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
Ask a questionOnline returns for the tax year ending 5 April must reach HMRC by the following 31 January, along with any tax due. We aim to have clients filed by the previous autumn so there is time to plan for the bill.
